Sorry John even for Arthritis, just like with weight loss,   it is not  ” Regular Exercise ”  it is  Daily Exercise!  I have Arthritis in my right hip pretty bad,  with pain I have to deal with every day.   So,  I stretch and do non-weight bearing exercises every 4 hours for about 10 minutes, for over 3 years to live with it.  No drugs,  no special arthritis diet.  Exercise often is the best medicine.    by Vangel Rizos WLE –  Weight Loss Expert,    Founder of  Substitute Health Club.com
