Here is a good video From Rob Graulau teaching you a few good exercises for weight loss.   I will start from exercise number (1).

 

Exercise_for_the_morbidly_obese_or_elderly

  (1) being on your hands and knees is a good exercise, do it for as long as you can, 1, 2 even 5 minutes,  with short breaks if your arms get tiered.  

(2) The Plank is a very, very advanced exercise and should be avoided, Rob what were you thinking? The world record for this is under 4 minutes and an exercise for obese that only lasts 5 seconds is not  a baby step exercise,  leave this till you are super strong and thin.   If you need more weight loss exercises for your next videos, then get some from my programs, like my Easy AS weight loss program,  there is a free sample that you can find heaps of great weight loss exercises that would be more satisfying and effective.    

(3) Stand and sit is great and to build this into a habit,  when ever you get up of a chair, try to to stand and sit for 5 – 10 times.      I believe these exercises are extremely difficult for some morbidly obese to do so if you can do them then they are a major step forward to doing the best weight loss exercises that are right for you.  

Suitable for  Group 1, 2, 3,   and 4 of my  ” 7  GROUPS OF EXCESS WEIGHT”.   Get ready to burn about 600 calories an hour, and do them every day for as long as you can till you achieve weight loss at about 100 grams a day.     Still not a substitute to my routine but a great motivation to watch and follow along now and then during your weight loss journey.      Try it!
