Here is a good video teaching you how some great dance steps from Israel.    Some of these movements are difficult so leave any that you can not do.  Burn about 400 calories an hour,  so do it over and over till you get it right.   Still not a substitute to my routine but a great addition to add some spice to your weight loss journey.    Suitable for Group  3  excess weight.    Try it every day!   Vangel  WLE
