If doing them for the first time try them in slow motion.    Some of these movements are very difficult so leave any that you can not do.  Burn about 200 calories an hour,  so do it over and over till you get it right.   Still not a substitute to my routine but a great addition to add some spice to your weight loss journey.    Suitable for Groups 6 and 7  of excess weight.    Try it every day!   reviewed  by Vangel Rizos WLE
