Here is a very good video teaching you a great exercise.    

A slow exercise to burn about 200 calories an hour,  so do it over and over till you get it right.  

Still not a substitute to my routine but a great addition to add some spice to your weight loss journey.    Suitable for all of my Groups of excess weight.    Try it!
