For overweight and obese,  the intensity must be maintained at a moderate level,  within 60 to 70% of your ( maximum heart rate )  highest intensity, so the intensity must NOT be increased from this 60 to 70%.  If you raise your intensity to high for to long above what you should in your obese condition you will risk a heart attack.

This shows you the energy in and energy out formula to lose weight.

One  aspects of this video is not the way I see it where you reach a plateau and I refer to the  increase of intensity.

Rather then increase intensity this should be replaced with increase in TIME or as they say frequency, exercising every day,  60, to 90 minutes or even more time each day till you start losing weight again.  This 60 to 90 minutes or more should not be done in one long session,  it is better to do it in 2 – 5 ,  short 10 to 20 minute sessions through out your day.

So to lose weight if you are obese or overweight do not increase intensity, increase (time) frequency!

Apart from that a good video.
